I paid but didn't get my link — what do I do?

Check your WhatsApp for the confirmation message. If it didn't arrive, email us with your order details and we'll sort it out immediately.

Can I change the message or photos after buying?

Not yet — edits after purchase aren't supported currently. Reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

How long does the link stay active?

Your experience link stays active for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Since experiences are delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. But if there's a technical issue on our end, we'll make it right — just email us within 7 days.

Can I suggest a new experience idea?
